About · the facts Lucas Marketing Works is one person. This is what he does.
This page is deliberately plain: who, where, what, how much, and what I won't do. If you want the pitch, the homepage has it. If you want to check whether I'm real before you call, this is the page for that.

What I do
- Custom websites for Charlotte-area small businesses. Built on fast, portable foundations any developer can pick up — no proprietary page builder — and delivered to you. Three tiers: $1,500 simple, $3,500 with booking/lead capture, $6,000+ ecommerce.
- Shopify stores — build, migration, wholesale + retail on one store, custom tools. $6,000+, itemized.
- Get Found — monthly local SEO, Google Business Profile management, review management and AI-search structuring, in one plan. $850–1,000/month, deliverables listed.
- Google Ads management — search campaigns and Local Services Ads for service businesses. $850/month flat; ad spend paid to Google on your card, account in your name.
- Website & Search Audit — $450, one-time, credited if you hire me for the fixes.
- Review management alone — $250/month. Social media management — $500–1,500+/month. Small-business CRM and automation — review requests, lead follow-up, booking, built on GoHighLevel via Flowbear, my white-labeled instance.
What I don't do
- Social ads (Meta, TikTok). Google Ads yes; paid social no.
- Logo design, video production, photography. I'll point you to people who do.
- Guarantee rankings. Nobody honest does.
- Lock you in. Month to month, 30 days' notice, no exit fee — details published.
Where the experience comes from
By day I'm Director of Marketing at Revolution Performance Fabrics, a family-owned American textile manufacturer in Kings Mountain, NC with 300+ employees, where I lead a three-person marketing team and run a $2M-a-year Shopify store selling wholesale and direct-to-consumer — 1,000+ SKUs, with an AI chatbot, product finder and store locator I built. I co-own Charlotte Mobility, a mobility equipment sales and rental store in Fort Mill, SC, where rentals, online sales and the in-store register run on one Shopify inventory. Through Mullinax Marketing I handle social media and review management for a dozen automotive dealerships across seven manufacturers. And I own and run Charlotte Auto Detailers, a lead-generation directory for Charlotte's detailing trade.
Lucas Marketing Works is where that experience is available to businesses that can't hire a marketing director: one build at a time, at a published price.
How I work
- Prices are published so you don't need a sales call to learn a number. Here's why, with the market numbers.
- You own everything: domain in your registrar, you as Owner on your Google Business Profile, site code delivered, in the contract. Here's how the alternative goes wrong.
- One project at a time. You talk to the person doing the work; there is no one else.
- Written scope before deposit. Two revision rounds. 50% to start, 50% before launch on mid and ecommerce builds.
- Google Ads management is a flat fee, never a percentage of spend; the ad budget goes to Google on your card and is never marked up.
- Monthly plans bill on the 1st and cancel with 30 days' written notice. When you leave you get the Exit File: every credential, a full backup, your data exported.
