I run this business alone, so this policy is short and specific — it describes what actually happens, not what a template says might happen.

Who this is

Lucas Marketing Works is a d/b/a of Flowbear Holdings LLC, operating in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Questions about anything here go to michael@lucasmarketingworks.com or (704) 387-5291.

What I collect

Contact form. Your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), the service you picked, and whatever you type in the message box.
AI assistant chat. The messages you send the assistant on the homepage. I read these — that's how I keep it from saying things that aren't true.
AI answer test. The trade or service you type into the scanner.
Phone calls. Your phone number, the time and length of the call, a recording of the call, and any voicemail you leave along with its transcript.
Text messages. Your mobile number and the content of messages exchanged with me.
Bookings. If you schedule a call, the name, email, and time you give the booking form.
Server logs. Standard web request data — IP address, browser, page requested.
Analytics. Google Analytics counts visits and tells me which pages people actually read and where they came from. It sets one cookie so a returning visitor isn't counted as a new one.

What I don't do

That analytics cookie is the only cookie this site sets. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting, and no ad-personalization data leaving this site — Google's advertising signals are switched off in the code, not just left unused. I don't sell your data, rent it, or trade it. There's no marketing list you get quietly added to. If you'd rather not be counted, an ad blocker or your browser's tracking protection stops it, and nothing here breaks when it does.

Phone calls are recorded

Calls to and from (704) 387-5291 are recorded, and you'll hear a notice saying so at the start of the call. I use recordings to remember what we discussed and what I agreed to build — not for training, marketing, or resale. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so and we'll switch to email.

Text messages and mobile data

I only text people who contacted me first — you filled out the form and opted in, you called and I missed it, or you booked an appointment. I don't send promotional blasts and I don't text people who never reached out.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full messaging terms are on the terms page.

How I use what I collect

To reply to you, quote work, and do the work you hired me for
To send the automatic confirmation email after you submit the form
To remember the context of our conversations so you don't have to repeat yourself
To keep the AI assistant accurate, by reading what it told people

Who it goes to

I use a handful of services to run this business. Each one only receives what it needs:

HighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM, phone calls, voicemail, and text messages
Airtable — where form submissions and chat transcripts are stored
Resend — sends the confirmation and notification emails
Anthropic — powers the AI assistant and the AI answer test
Cal.com — the booking calendar
Render and Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery

These are service providers acting on my behalf. None of them get your information to use for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

Lead and client records stay as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period afterward, since past projects tend to come back. Call recordings and chat transcripts are kept while they're useful and cleared out periodically. Ask me to delete something and I'll delete it.

Texts: reply STOP to any message
Email: reply and tell me, or use the unsubscribe link
Deletion: email michael@lucasmarketingworks.com and ask. You'll get a human, because there's only one of us here.

Children

This is a service for businesses. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
