Lucas Marketing Works is a d/b/a of Flowbear Holdings LLC. Using this site, texting the business number, or hiring me means you're fine with what's below.
Lucas Marketing Works sends text messages from (704) 387-5291 for three reasons: replying to people who contacted me, letting you know I missed your call, and confirming or reminding you about a scheduled appointment. That's the whole program. There are no promotional broadcasts and no marketing list.
You opt in by checking the consent box on the contact form, by calling the business number, or by booking an appointment. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of hiring me or of anything you buy.
Message frequency varies — it depends on our conversation and whether you have an appointment scheduled. Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from me.
Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. You'll get one confirmation message, and then nothing further. You can opt back in any time by texting START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not every carrier or handset supports every message type.
How your information is handled is described on the privacy policy. Mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Published prices on this site are real starting prices for the scope described. A quote for your specific project is the number that governs, and it holds for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
I can promise the work is done properly and that I'll tell you the truth about what I think will happen. I cannot promise a specific search ranking, a specific position in an AI engine's answer, a specific amount of traffic, or a specific number of leads. Nobody can — search engines and AI models change their behavior on their own schedule and don't ask permission. Anyone guaranteeing you a number-one ranking is either guessing or lying.
When a project is paid for in full, the site and its content are yours. I keep the right to show finished work in a portfolio unless you'd rather I didn't — just say so.
You own the content, images, and claims you give me to publish, and you're responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to use them.
Services are provided as-is to the extent the law allows. My total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me for the work the claim relates to.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
